Prop Jam November - Red Squad

Honorable Mention of the Prop Jam November 2021

Have you ever wondered what a paramedic from the future would look like? Well, the goal of this prop jam for our team was to create the tools a paramedic of the future would use! In short, we had to use the supplied mannequin and create props for it according to the general theme and our sub-theme.

Members of the Squad:

Prop Jam Theme: Tools of the Future
Red Squad Sub-Theme: Paramedic
The goal was to create futuristic gear and tools that a paramedic from the future would use.
We had to use the provided mannequin, create props and pose everything.

This was my moodboard for the character's clothing. I also added the sketches Gabrielle (the drawing on top with knee pads) and I did (the two at the bottom left). In the end, we mixed the drawings to create the character and the pose.

I simulated the bodysuit in Marvelous Designer and modeled the jacket, the armband and the boots in Maya. I sculpted the folds in Zbrush!

For the posing, I used Mixamo in order to rapidly get joints that I could work with.
